Anodised Aluminium
Durable signage material available in thicknesses up to 5mm and in a choice of colours.
Applications include memorial plaques, machine panels, ridged signage.
General features:
- Good corrosion, weathering and abrasion resistance.
- Available in 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm
- Available colours:
- Black - Matt / Gloss
- Silver - Gloss / Satin
- Red - Satin
- Blue - Satin
- Further processing: Drilling for mounting screws and corner rounding.
Laser etching:
- Max sheet size - 1000 x 500mm.
- High definition / monochrome photo etching.
- Small character engraving > 2mm for optimal results.
Rotary Engraving:

A4 is standard max size, although larger sheet engravings can be performed in stages to enable larger capacity.
- Deep engraving for paint filling, usually 0.5mm as standard. Please allow 4-7 days for drying time as a slow cure paint is used for this.
- Conical cutters used require character size to be > 5mm. (For smaller characters diamond etching may be the preferred option).
Diamond etching
- A surface mark that provides a higher definition and is therefore suited to etching small characters and those with finer font features.
